Atlanta Tech Park is pleased to work with event partners to support its mission of helping companies work together to move technology forward by bringing verticals together across the industry to engage in powerful collaboration and discussions.

What is event partnership?

Event Partnership is a mutually beneficial exchange arranged in advance and linked to an Atlanta Tech Park event or activity. An Atlanta Tech Park event partnership gives a company the opportunity to promote its name, image, product and services in specific circumstances and locations.

Sponsorship benefits are limited to only those items described by a specific sponsorship package. Sponsors should not expect any additional benefits or any type of preferred relationship as a result of sponsoring an Atlanta Tech Park event. Atlanta Tech Park does not endorse, directly or by implication, any products, services or ideas promoted by sponsors.

Atlanta Tech Park retains full control over any sponsored program, including all operational matters.

Who Can Partner:

Companies that are likely to benefit from sponsoring an Atlanta Tech Park event are:

  • A preferred partner or a leader in meeting the needs of Atlanta Tech Park members;
  • Willing to invest in marketing their business to reach our target audience
  • Willing to respect guidelines that forbid promotion of competing services in connection with Atlanta Tech Park

Atlanta Tech Park preferred partners get first right of refusal for partnerships. If desired, preferred partners may pay an additional fee of 5 percent of the package price to be an event’s exclusive partner in their product category.

Who Cannot Sponsor:

Atlanta Tech Park will not accept sponsorships from:

  • Companies that compete for core services offered by Atlanta Tech Park
  • Companies whose corporate sponsorship would reflect in a negative manner on Atlanta Tech Park, does not align with its mission statement, or is not in the best interest of Atlanta Tech Park or the event itself.

Partnership Packages

Current partnership opportunities are spelled out in The CyberWeek Georgia 2021 Partnership Packages. Partnership opportunities are updated annually; to request a copy of current packages please email Nashlee Young at All partners who wish to reserve a particular event are required to sign a Letter of Agreement and provide payment as specified by the terms of the Letter of Agreement.
